Took my car in thinking I needed major work because local car chain told me I needed front and rear bal with their honesty and integrity- great job. Lexus does not Upsell their service- I trust them completely. Growing up I was always under the impression to avoid dealer service because it was too expensive and they will always find something wrong - well, that myth is not true about Lexus of Wesley chapel.
