To begin, I came in on a time crunch. Let me just say, Kristina made sure everything was basically done when I got there. The car was detailed and ready to go home in, I was next in line for finance, and Kristina made sure everything was basically done when I got there. She was so helpful and just pleasant & wonderful with all of my concerns and needs... especially as I changed my mind (several times) throughout the buying process.
