Pleasant Experience We were considering a used Q5 2.0 and stopped in to see if it would meet our requirements (space for 2 dog crates, able to tow, easy to get in and out We were considering a used Q5 2.0 and stopped in to see if it would meet our requirements (space for 2 dog crates, able to tow, easy to get in and out). Len Talarico was very knowledgeable and low key. Several days later we had decided to move to the Q5 from the RRS Diesel that was proving to be less than reliable and noticed a 2017 Q5 3.0 at the adjacent Leith Nissan dealer. Called Len who arranged to transfer the car to Audi Cary and show it to us. We decided to go ahead and Bobby Pepin and Len arranged with the Leith Land Rover Raleigh operation to do a trade on the RRS that was in for service. Following our experience at Leith Land Rover Cary with the paperwork and titling for a Trust, we were apprehensive, but Hugh Bodenstine coordinated this and the process went smoothly. Len handled the whole process professionally and made it a pleasant experience. More

When we came in to finish up the paperwork on my beautiful 2016 Mustang.... detailed, gassed up with a red tag on “SOLD to The Cline’s!” ! Yes little things add up to big things.
