Overall great environment. Eric was really wonderful to work with. I did not feel rushed or pressured into a decision. Eric is patient and respectful I met Eric 6 months before I purchased my new Audi. I was in the waiting room while the service department was performing a quick maintenance on the Audi I enjoyed for many years. I could hear Eric meeting with prospective clients at his desk. I appreciated his calm demeanor, and ability to answer questions. I introduced myself, and left him my contact information. He checked in with me about once a month thereafter. He narrowed my search by asking me a series of questions, and he suggested specific vehicles by providing inventory numbers. I selected my vehicle online after reviewing my choices. We made an appointment to meet, and I drove in to buy my A4 S, with every option I wanted, and the exact color. The sales process was pleasant, gratifying, and memorable. I'm driving the nicest car I've owned in my life. More

An outstanding purchase experience On 4-13-18 I took delivery of a new TT RS from Audi Cary. The negortians were efficiently and courteously handled by Jonathan Christie, with Bobby Pepin helping out as needed. Delivery was complicated, since I live in Va Bch, about 200 miles from Cary. My new car was delivered by a truck driven by Mr. Curbin, who did an outstanding job. I buy cars frequently, and this transaction was one of the most pleasant I have ever had.
