I appreciated his calm demeanor, and ability to answer questions. I introduced myself, and left him my contact information. He checked in with me about once a month thereafter. He narrowed my search by asking me a series of questions, and he suggested specific vehicles by providing inventory numbers. I selected my vehicle online after reviewing my choices. We made an appointment to meet, and I drove in to buy my A4 S, with every option I wanted, and the exact color. The sales process was pleasant, gratifying, and memorable. I'm driving the nicest car I've owned in my life. More

My new car was delivered by a truck driven by Mr. Curbin, who did an outstanding job. I buy cars frequently, and this transaction was one of the most pleasant I have ever had.
