'We've been with Lexus since 1996, and up to now this year 2025 we have always had enjoyed the satisfaction of driving these beautiful vehicles with comfort and security. 'the Lexus team from the sales year 2025 we have always had enjoyed the satisfaction of driving these beautiful vehicles with comfort and security. 'the Lexus team from the sales team (Mr. Erez who welcomed us and assisted us with the amazing LS500) To the finance team (Mr. Maurricio who assisted us with a great maintenance deal and my very own Lexus Pursuits Visa) and last but not lease the service team (Mr. Ronald most helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Review: I left Lexus of North Miami feeling deeply disrespected, financially burdened, and—frankly—taken advantage of as a woman. My experience began on May 21, when I brought my vehicle in due to disrespected, financially burdened, and—frankly—taken advantage of as a woman. My experience began on May 21, when I brought my vehicle in due to a warning light. What followed was a string of inconsistent, implausible explanations and a total lack of professionalism from the service team. First, I was told that my car had been tampered with or broken into, with no concrete evidence to support the claim. Then the story shifted—I was told the damage may have come from driving through a puddle, another absurd theory that was never substantiated. Despite my repeated efforts to get clarity, my car sat at the dealership for over two months, during which I was left without a vehicle and with no consistent updates. Then came the most shocking part: I was told my engine was I needed to be replace my engine—a job quoted at $10,000. I filed a claim with my major insurance company, who denied it not once but twice, relying in part on the dealership’s vague and unsupported diagnosis. I was devastated—emotionally and financially. The service staff showed little to no empathy, offered no real explanations, and treated me with condescension and indifference throughout the ordeal. As a paying customer—and as a woman—it felt like I was being dismissed, manipulated, and taken advantage of at every turn. Then, nearly two months later, The car was miraculously "fixed" with just a can of oil. After being told I needed a new engine, I was suddenly expected to accept that the issue was resolved by simply topping off fluids—with no apology, no acknowledgment of the stress and financial strain caused, and no accountability for the completely inaccurate diagnosis. Lexus as a brand is supposed to represent quality and trust. Sadly, this dealership failed to uphold either. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and a call for Lexus of North Miami to reevaluate its standards—both in how it treats its customers and how it trains its staff. More
