I purchased my 2012 Touareg TDI from Westside VW and had a very good experience. The sales consultant let me take several solo test drives and didn't pressure the sale at all. My only negative comments are (1) there are a couple of small trim pieces missing in the car that got overlooked during the detailing; and (2) some of the other sales staff weren't wearing their masks well inside the dealership.
