A little miffed! I was having a brake job done which costs about $500 & in the inspection report there were (2) lug nut covers missing (probably fell off in rough road I was having a brake job done which costs about $500 & in the inspection report there were (2) lug nut covers missing (probably fell off in rough road travel) anyways I was surprised they just didn’t replace them as a courtesy especially when I was spending $500. Bobby ends up being the person I closed the deal with, but they work as a team to help me get what I want, at the time that is most convenient for me. Bobby is not pushy and he's very good with responding to questions or messages. Brad is super friendly and was very easy to work with and helped making the financing piece a breeze. Price is very competitive, but just as with any other car dealership, it's difficult to truly know if you actually got the best deal in town. This dealership did not budge at all with their price, but they made it up a by increasing the trade in value of my car to help reduce the total cost. More
