Nice pre-owned sale My daughter was ready for her first car so we used AutoTrader to find a Beetle which happened to be at Luther. Bobby was tied up with someone else int My daughter was ready for her first car so we used AutoTrader to find a Beetle which happened to be at Luther. Bobby was tied up with someone else interested in the bug when we got there but quickly called us at lunch when the other buyer passed on it. I appreciated the informal and expedient sales approach later on a weekend evening (who wants to spend their whole Saturday at a car dealership?). We found a couple of issues with the bug the next day but Bobby had explained the warranty process and helped guide us through the warranty work even though it took a a couple of visits. In short, the tweaks didn't cost us above and beyond the sale price and my daughter is very happy with her Beetle. Well done, Bobby. More
