Awesome used car purchase experience I recently purchased a used car from Westside Volkswagen. I originally worked with Michelle Pogue who spent a few afternoons with me while I test drove a new car. She was very knowledgeable and very supportive. She was not pushy and when I wasn't sure that the car was for me, she suggested other models that I might be interested in - both new and used. She routinely checked in with me with updates on monthly specials to keep me in the loop. I never felt overwhelmed or pushed - it always felt like she was genuinely trying to help me find a car, not just make a sale. I later worked with Bobby Scala in Used car sales. Bobby Scala spent a lot of time making sure I was completely satisfied with the car I chose. He was able to work with me on every request that I had - from allowing me to take the car for the day to my own trusted mechanic, ensuring all maintenance was up to date (provided service records - even had some routine maintenance that would have had to be completed in the next 5 thousand miles done early so I wouldn't have to pay for it), providing a car fax, and having the car touched up to the point where the only way you could tell this was not a brand new car was by looking at the odometer. The car is perfect - looks absolutely flawless. Bobby kept me informed as the car was out for clean-up and was very patient and accommodating with me when I would request little details to be reworked. I made other service requests to personalize the car to exactly what I wanted and he arranged for all of them to happen quickly and expertly done. I dreaded the process of buying a car - especially for a used car where I would never truly know what the car has been through in its lifetime. I left very confident and satisfied in my purchase thanks to Bobby and Michelle at Westside. I would recommend Westside and Bobby and Michelle to anyone! More

They even went out of their way to address a couple of concerns I had with the car I was purchasing to make an already very nice used car feel brand new. The dealer was very accommodating to my kids and family while we were there and our salesman was friendly and no-pressure. Only reason for giving a four star versus five star review is that we sat for a long time (2 hours plus) after making the decision to purchase for our cash sale to be rung up. It was a very busy Saturday though. More

I called Westside and asked when I might be able to get it looked at and was told I could bring it in immediately which surprised me. Upon arrival at the dealership we expressed the concern we had and were Directed to the waiting area. Within a couple of hours they came and told us our car was ready that they directed to the waiting area. Within a couple of hours they came and told us our car was ready that they had done a ground force wheel balance that they felt should address the need. After driving our 60 mile trip home I believe they had accomplished the desired goal it seems much smoother! Thank you Nick and staff for your efficient work!! More
