I honestly wasn't prepared to pull the trigger and buy the car that day but Greg did such a great job of showing me everything I wanted to see and mo I honestly wasn't prepared to pull the trigger and buy the car that day but Greg did such a great job of showing me everything I wanted to see and more and explaining features & pricing along the way that it really helped boost my confidence in going ahead with the purchase. He showed me all the different model options that I wanted to see, explaining the pros and cons of each for my particular situation and then letting me choose which I wanted to test drive. I'm sure I could've driven more than one had I wanted to, but after the test drive in the Santa Fe with Greg explaining nearly every feature along the way, I was pretty much sold. I think that's honestly what helped me feel so confident in making the decision because with other dealers, I did the test drives alone and had to figure out the features & settings on my own. With Greg along for the ride, I knew why the car did what it did in each situation, what each setting was for and more. There's no way I would've known or figured out alone all the different technology features by myself, and not knowing about everything the car had would've probably forced me to continue looking. Upgrading from a 2012 Nissan to a 2022 Hyundai was quite the technology shock and I'm glad Greg was there to show me how everything worked. Funny enough that I ended up with Greg because I'm a HUGE dog lover and Greg's charity Deals and Dog Rescue helps support my favorite local shelter - Stray Rescue of St. Louis - where I got my own pup from. Love my new Deals & Dog Rescue keychain! Bobby in finance was also great and easy to work with. He explained everything I was signing in detail and made sure I knew what I needed to do as far as next steps on my end (insurance, registration, etc). My particular financing & trade in situation were slightly more complicated that normal but Bobby didn't skip a beat in knowing how to handle everything and making me feel better about getting everything straightened up. I was so overwhelmed with the whole process (mostly because I didn't think I'd actually be buying a car that day) but Bobby took his time explaining everything and answering my questions that I felt confident in what I was doing. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend Suntrup (and Greg & Bobby) to anyone looking for a new car. More
