Took 4 1/2 hours for service I was quoted 2-3 for. They tried to charge me $700 for service on a used truck I had bought there only 7 months prior. The service advisor didn’t look at me when he was telling me the price. I said no so he talked to the manager and an hour later I was told Chevy would cover it and my cost would be $35. This all took 3 hours. He told me it would be another 3 hours and I said that’s what I was told to begin with but said go fix it. Only took an hour and a half. 2 other customers were also in the waiting room with similar stories. Not happy with this dealership at all. The sales staff were all standing out front being loud and cursing. A lady and her mother pulled in and 4 sales people swarmed them at once. They should have left immediate. Will not buy from any of this dealers stores again. I’ve had better luck at smaller independent places with 3 other cars. I already hate this vehicle. More
