Won’t ever take our vehicles here again. The services we were charged for were not performed resulting in $1000 of additional expense later on the day the vehicle was allegedly serviced. The dealership including the service person Carl, service Manager and General Manager, Boris, refuse ti return our calls ti rectify the charges. The actions, or lack thereof, could have resulted in serious injury and vehicle damages had we not been near help when the he vehicle failed. Specifically the tire bulge they cause fixing the monitoring system and failed alignment that almost threw me into a ditch on the highway. More

Fir 6 months after I bought my car I kept getting emails asking me if I was still interested. I was missing some paperwork and after 2 weeks of phone calls and promises, I finally drove to the dealership an asking me if I was still interested. I was missing some paperwork and after 2 weeks of phone calls and promises, I finally drove to the dealership and got the paperwork in about 10 minutes. I took my car in for service and a week later they called and asked about setting up a service appointment. More

Not everything was disclosed in the agreement. 2022 Ram 1500 with 45,000 miles. I bought the truck on Friday and the salesman said the only thing wrong was the taillight bulbs needed to be replac 2022 Ram 1500 with 45,000 miles. I bought the truck on Friday and the salesman said the only thing wrong was the taillight bulbs needed to be replaced. They delivered it on the next Tuesday with the lights still not working. I had the truck for 30 min before I found the emergency braking didn’t work, the sun visor was ripped out of the socket with a broken wire. Sent it back and they had it for a month before I got it back. Tail lights were fixed but the emergency braking still didn’t work and they glued the sun visor into the socket. I will never buy from them again. The only thing disclosed was a dent on the truck bed which I agreed to. The previous owner which I was told was a salesman pretty much broke the bent the front bumper and I assume that’s why the emergency braking sensors don’t work. Ran into something denting the side of the bed and I don’t know what he did to break the sun visor. I am 3 months in on repairs and have had the truck in my possession a total of 4 weeks. More

Well twice they have parked my car up on the curb after washing it. For them doing that I received a coupon for a free oil change. After they changed the oil the last time I checked the dipstick upon arriv washing it. For them doing that I received a coupon for a free oil change. After they changed the oil the last time I checked the dipstick upon arriving at home and it’s overfilled by well over a quart. They are beyond incompetent. You’d be wise to go elsewhere. More
