Excellent Product Knowledge Happened to walk in as my wife wanted to look at Mercedes. Met Boris by chance. He was calm, not pushy, and had exceptional product knowledge. This was my first Mercedes purchase (as i had been a multiple BMW owner). The 2020 GLS450 redesign is exceptional. Love the car and enjoyed the purchasing process with Boris. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & USED CARS WITH PROBLEMS This place is the worst Mercedes Benz dealership. I have never had such a bad experience buying a car especially a Mercedes Benz. I bought the car fro This place is the worst Mercedes Benz dealership. I have never had such a bad experience buying a car especially a Mercedes Benz. I bought the car from New York without test driving it, because the salesman Boris (A Perelman) assured me that there was absolutely no problem with the car and that it runs and drives perfectly. The sale process took over two weeks before I could be able to get the car. When I sent someone to pick it up, after just 30mns the driver called and sent me videos to show me that the blinker switch and the blind spot were not working. As usual, the flimsy salesman (Boris) would not take my calls. Later, I sent him back the videos and he still refused to take my calls. I had to call several times, to finally be able to talk to a manager before I could talk to him. I sent the car in an MB dealership and the diagnostic shows that the vehicle’s “STEERING COLUMN CONTROL MODULE” is defective and will cost $1290 (before tax and diagnostic cost $181). For my license plate and registration, he replied to my email by asking me, if they are supposed to register the car for me, even though I have been charged for all kind of registration fees (registration tax, title transfer fee, document administration fee, motor vehicle sales tax) and even for a $225 notary fee and. Per this question, this guy may be the most incompetent and dishonest salesman. This place and this salesman (Boris) should probably be selling fake watches in Manhattan instead of cars. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, AS THE OTHER REVIEWS SAID, THIS MB DEALERSHIP HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Boris was a pleasure to work with and was very accomodating! I had just had my ML worked on and decided to check out what was on the lot. One new, previously owned, ML was on their website. I found it on the lot and Boris was low pressure and helped me that afternoon to secure the vehicle. He had a few customers that day, but was very gracious with his attention and time. We came to an agreement by closing time on Friday evening. It wasready to pickup the next morning! I hadn't expected to purchase a vehicle! Great experience and would work with Boris again in the future. More
