He was thorough, patient, not pushy, and ensured we were satisfied with every aspect of our decision. He has the demeanor of a wise, friendly uncle with a great sense of humor - he took the time to run through a lot of the bells and whistles on my new car, and even offered to sit down with us and go through similar functionality on my old car (which my husband now drives). He earned our trust, his communication was fantastic, and we would recommend to anyone that Boris at Rudy Luther is the best to work with! I was very pleased with our salesperson. My experience with financing was mostly okay, but I felt less than satisfied. After signing many pages of a sales agreement, I handed over a person My experience with financing was mostly okay, but I felt less than satisfied. After signing many pages of a sales agreement, I handed over a personal check and it was abruptly handed back to me because it had an old out of state address on it. I was not informed that my personal check had to have my current address printed on it until after spending 5 hours at the dealership. Okay, it was an honest oversight, but the corrective action by management was handled less than professionally. The sign that is buried behind clutter in everyone's desk says "no out of state checks". Regardless of what address my check showed, it's a Band of America check under an account that is in state. What the sign intended to say is a personal check should show an in state address. I understand the dealership has no obligation to accept a personal check, but management argued that my check was out of state, which is incorrect, And most importantly, management did not handle the hiccup delicately, beginning with how my check was abruptly returned to me. More

Finally coming to the order and completing the order and waiting for the shipment from the assembly plant. I was on a rental car so I was getting very anxious to get the replacement, Boris called me and asked if a different color was ok and I said yes, then a few days later he called again and said we have the exact same vehicle but different color can you get here right away. Anyway the rest is history. Boris got me into a great Toyota RAV4 Premium. I am very pleased and I highly recommend Rudy Luther Toyota and Boris Sonkin!! More
