Went to test drive a used Subaru. Worked with Bosko. He was extremely rude and condescending. I have never been treated that way before by any service industry. I have never written a review before (good o was extremely rude and condescending. I have never been treated that way before by any service industry. I have never written a review before (good or bad) but was so shocked at his behavior, I felt compelled to write one. It was disappointing as I had previously purchased a new VW Jetta from Ganley west side in 2004 and had an excellent experience. Needless to say I did not purchase a vehicle from him. I still want a Subaru so will probably purchase from Brunswick or Carvana. Rated Ganley a 3/5 as I had a good experience there in the past. More

Everything went smooth and fast with all questions answered about the car and finance. My salesman was knowledgeable about my vehicle which helped everything. Very flexible, picket me up to get the car. Looked like new . Professional inspection showed the car in good shape mechanically, just as described.
