I joined the team at Victory Toyota of Canton in April 2007. It is a distinct pleasure to have been part of this President’s Award winning, state of the art dealership as a Senior Sales Associate. Sales has been quite a transition from my previous job as a news broadcaster at CBS radio station WWJ for nearly 25 years. It’s been both challenging and rewarding selling cars. I had no car sales experience before joining the Victory Team, but with a strong background in automotive design and mechanics, it seemed a perfect fit. My product knowledge is now second to none. Senior Sales Associate is just one of the hats I wear. I also specialize in Scion and I am the Scion Champion. We all anticipate exciting new products from Scion in the coming months ahead. I have been to more than 15 dealers in search for a good new car, and this dealership is the best one that I have ever seen. The sales consultants are really really friendly and supportive. Brad was great as he followed up on the sale request and was on top of it even when I was out of station. My understanding is he had offered all that he can throw in for the additional complimentory items h was on top of it even when I was out of station. I was disappointed with the finance APR that was offered to me but the way Brad came through and tried to put a smile on my face is commendable and impressive. More

Even though I was looking at a used car that was headed for a wholesaler, and consequently was priced pretty low, Brad took time to let me drive it and even offered to drive it to my mechanic himself. When I called to tell him that I decided not to buy the car, Brad was completely understanding, courteous and professional. Overall a pleasant experience for someone who does not like shopping for cars. More

My recent purchase of a new Camry was a great experience. Brad Bianchi was fantastic. He was very supportive and instrumental in facilitating a great deal, on my behalf. Don Graham, parts manager was also Brad Bianchi was fantastic. He was very supportive and instrumental in facilitating a great deal, on my behalf. Don Graham, parts manager was also extreamly helpful and supportive. Victory Toyota has been my dealership of choice since 2007 and will remain so in the future. I travel a long way from Eastpointe but it's always well worth the trip, when I know that Brad, Don and the service department have my back. I can't forget John Lewis, he is Victory's best mechanic. Buying a car is something I do with great care. I research and do my homework before making a decision. Victory Toyota makes the experience easy and very enjoyable.
