Not gonna lie… I expected less due to some unsatisfactory reviews…. But I was quite happily surprised after meeting with my sales person, Brad. Although the entire buying process was fairly predictable with the usual, “let me ask my manager’ rhetoric which I understand is required of sales personnel, Brad was much more personal and engaging than anticipated. I did research beforehand and knew the exact model and style I wanted and Brad went above and beyond to find a match, which wasn’t easy. I am beyond happy with my Telluride! Thanks Brad! More
