I'm driven by customer service. I reached out to Jason to ensure that he was in possession of a car prior to my wife submitting her application online. He confirmed that he did have I reached out to Jason to ensure that he was in possession of a car prior to my wife submitting her application online. He confirmed that he did have the vehicle and I then told my wife to go ahead and submit her application. Later I was informed that he did not have the vehicle in his possession. I drove the 3.5 hour drive to look at alternative and Jason immediately put me with an arrogant young inexperienced salesman that would not budge on any vehicles, despite this issue being the result of Jason. This was a month prior and I have not heard anything. My wife credit score is high, this is because we do not apply for credit often. Too many inquiries impact your score. My wife bought a vehicle the same day in Houston, and yes they had to run her credit again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE More

Excellent customer service. Breshard was our SA and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Finance Office failed to honor price online unless financed through Kia North Austin. No disclaimer to online price and was quickly changed after we chose not to finance through them. Nothing against financed through Kia North Austin. No disclaimer to online price and was quickly changed after we chose not to finance through them. Nothing against Bre'shard this completely rests on Finance Department and General Manager of Kia North Austin. You have lost our business and will not recommend to anyone going forward. More
