Had a great experience. One of the things I brought my Telluride in for was a loud noise that started in the last few months when I am on Bluetooth calls. People i call say One of the things I brought my Telluride in for was a loud noise that started in the last few months when I am on Bluetooth calls. People i call say it is uncomfortable to talk with a loud rattle noise. They told me that is was going to be fixed with a Recall that they would fix, but it is still happening after the recall was completed. I live far enough away that I have not called back to make a new appointment. I'm sure they will fix when I reschedule. More

Ruined my plastic and paint by putting duct tape directly on the car. I spent 3 weeks trying to get an appointment with Gay Family KIA Service. I made several phone calls that were unanswered. I left 2 on the car. I spent 3 weeks trying to get an appointment with Gay Family KIA Service. I made several phone calls that were unanswered. I left 2 messages with the Chat system on their website with no call back. I left messages directly with the dealership with no call back. When I finally got someone to answer the phone they agreed they could do 4 different service items and we scheduled an appointment (I have always waited for my car with no problems in the past at KIA and other service providers). The nature of these 4 items could have been done in 1-3 hours, no need to drop off and there was no indication from KIA that I would need to leave the car. When I arrived for the schedule appointment I was informed they only had time to do 1 simple recall inspection and nothing else unless I left the car AND they were backlogged for 45 days for normal appointments. Why isn't the shop being expanded if you have that much repair business? Why am I buying a brand that needs that many repairs? I did leave happy with a freshly washed car, but then when I got home the next day I noticed black duct tape stuck across the paint and plastic on the front of the car. This was not painters tape, but instead super strong sticky heavy duty duct tape that left gummy goo all over my car. Very unprofessional, EVERYONE in a car repair area should know better than to apply duct tape to either paint or plastic. I was having oil changed here but they kept losing and not replacing the bolts that hold the undercarriage cover on. Every time I wait in the KIA Service area there is number of very upset customers who have been fighting with KIA for a long time based on their conversations. Never going back to this location. More
