Our experience this past weekend was wonderful and absolutely painless. Brad worked with us on our budget and he showed us cars that were exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure to make a decision and he did not try to up sell or show us cars that were out of range. We have never leased before so we were a little nervous but Brad and the rest of the team were very thorough in explaining all we need to know. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied before we left the lot. We love our Maxima and I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone who is looking to purchase or lease a car. More

Told her to have the exact numbers done so when I came down I wouldn't have to be there hours. Get there and was passed off onto someone who sat me at a desk with my toddler son while he went off to help someone else. 30 mins later I find him to see if he has my numbers and he tells me he's helping someone else and would have a diff person help me. Now this third person looks at the sheet where I was told $69 a month and says he can do it for $230 with 5k down. Obviously they didn't want my business. I've been pricing out the car and know that's a ridiculous price and why lie to me on the phone with the $69 price? This dealer has completely wasted my time. Car dealers don't have the best rep to begin with and this is the worst of them all. More

Brad had an incr Just picked up our new car today, the Nissan Versa Note. We had an excellent experience dealing with Brad Cristalli and his team. Brad had an incredibly professional demeanor, without being pushy. I would definitely go back to this dealership and buy my next car from Brad. All of the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. In all the years we've purchased cars, this was the best dealership I've ever come across. I'm so glad my neighbors referred us. We received an awesome deal, never once felt pressured and it was so nice dealing with down to earth, personable people. Noel Verdejo, the finance manager, was very personable and professional as well. We really enjoyed dealing with both Noel and Brad. Two employees that definitely set the standard for excellence in the car industry. I'm a former Nordstrom Short Hills, NJ manager and I would've happily hired Brad and Noel to represent my team. I hope Nissan takes the time to recognize excellent customer service from their hard working staff. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience from beginning to end. Of course you can make up your own mind when you deal with Brad and the team at North Plainfield Nissan. Enjoy your new ride More

Not a good Mothers Day :'( Just so it's clear from the start, this is not to cause anyone to be excused from their jobs or to deter anyone who may feel differently than i do abo Just so it's clear from the start, this is not to cause anyone to be excused from their jobs or to deter anyone who may feel differently than i do about this dealership. But it is to tell what happened and to cause others to be aware as well as encourage an alternative way for management at Nissan North Plainfield NJ, to deal with their repeat customers. April 2014, I walked into this dealership to trade out my car. I met with who i will call K (to protect him). Very nice young man who offered me a good deal. "But the car had an issue with the breaks. K test drove it and confirmed.I let the manager M, know, and he said, dont worry about it, if it doesnt go away, then we can check it out later,ok?"Because you are our customer". i took the car to my mechanic who told me the breaks were ok, just cheap and thats why it squeeked. So, he said it's in good condition, i kept the car.i gave them the benefit of the doubt. 9 mths later, my son needed a car. K wasnt there, so i ended up with B. i told them my son was able to pay 200.00 for a car payment cause he was in college full time and working part time. we took a nissan sentra 2009, then i noticed that my son is 6 1" and if he grew taller, he wouldnt fit in it. We got a Nissan Altima 2010. they offered me 246.10. First thing i thought was, did anyone hear my original request? But, they said they couldnt go any lower. So, after careful consideration, i saw that the car was bigger and newer than the sentra, so we said yes. Then, just four months later, my mother needed a car. It was a surprise for Mothers Day as i told them. i explained the situation before i got there so there is no confusion. i told them mom is on a fixed income and she cant afford a payment higher 231.00. They knew we didnt have a down payment and that there was money owed on her trade. dealerships have special financing mngrs to deal with these things. So, with all they knew, they suggested a 2009 malibu. They said this would be what we can afford. we drove it and she took it home. she called me the next morning saying she had steering issues. i took the car to my mechanic who told me that there were other issues (from the itemized inspection service list)oil change needed, cooler line leak, power steering fluid flush needed, needed air filter, power steering pump leak, trans cooler line leak, remote for car door and alarm not working at all,and some cosmetic damage. we took the car back for something else. M, the mngr. told me that it was the mechanics job to try to sell these things and so they may have exaggerated. But their own mechanic in the back said" Well you have a choice, either wait for the parts, or get another car". That told me there were issues.so,,i didnt buy that either. Next game up, they had a Nissan Coupe outside to drive. Now, i noticed that the price was higher and i told B, before driving,"Oh dont worry, they will adjust the price" he replied. Well, we got upstairs and they gave us a payment 40.00 more than what we had agreed. No deal here either. 7 days passed since the original request and we were tired. Finally, they had a 2012 Versa of which B called me on the phone before coming in saying This car will keep you at the same payment. But in the office, B denied in front of the manager that he told me the payments would be the same. they offered us 242.00 and later 232.89. After leaving and coming back we decided to take the 232.89. They asked us to return tomr since the Bank for Gap protection ins. had to be in to take the coverage off. the next day, we got to the desk and B said it will be 242.00. when i called wells fargo, they said Gap ins has nothing to do with them, that the Dealer sold it. B got up and left us and sent his manager to us who said "WE DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU" "WE DON'T WANT TO SELL YOU A CAR" . "IT'S OUR CHOICE." i asked why and if i did anything wrong? I got shrugged shoulders and no answer except thats what HIS mngr told Him to say. Ha?? a repeat customer?Uh... pardon me North Plainfield Nissan but I bought 2 cars with you.. I Have lifetime oil changes and if i need a rental too, my contract says i HAVE TO COME back for them. So you have no choice but do business with me . I called corporate who said they cant do anything since the store is privately owned. Was this an example of horrible business practices exposed? Perhaps I wasn't your average naive customer who may have been easily mislead? Was I sent away for verifying all that was told to me? Or did I know more than they wanted me to know and couldn't be taken advantage of? You decide. Whatever it was...this is what I experienced This time..OMG...WOW...What a terrible Mothers Day for my mom and I!!! Their loss not ours. ;-( More
