Brad Rocks I have been working with Brad for a very long time to help others buy cars, but this was the first time I finally got to purchase one myself him. I have been working with Brad for a very long time to help others buy cars, but this was the first time I finally got to purchase one myself him. I started helping people shop for cars when I was 14. I met Brad while scouting out cars for somebody back in 2012, when I was 19. Though I was a serious contender and knew my stuff, very few sales people took me seriously at that time because I was young (and looked even younger), not to mention I was often looking at cars that were clearly beyond my own price range. Brad never doubted me. He understood me, my passions, and my simple desire to help people find cars that fit them. The person I was looking on behalf of that day didn't buy a car from him, but we became great friends. Over the years, I have helped countless folks buy their cars from Brad, often times their very FIRST cars. I even have his test drive route memorized. In every instance, I have witnessed him go above and beyond to make peoples' experience exceptional and find the best car for their situations, even when it takes extra time and effort on his part. Even though Brad didn't sell me my first Alltrack, he has stood by me throughout the entire process and advocated for me when I couldn't do so myself. Brad always has called me his favorite customer that has never bought anything. Now, that can finally change since, this week, he helped me turn the page on one of the most emotionally challenging chapters of my life. I am so glad to have stumbled into his office back in 2012.
