We arrived at Ryan Chevrolet with only intending to see what used trucks were available, as we weren't planning to make a truck purchase that particular day. Doug showed us this 2007 Avalanche, providing us with detailed informtion regarding the specidic details about the truck. We asked Doug many, many questions and he remained patient and kind throughout the entire process. Doug was very friendly and informative during our search for a truck. He never made us feel pressured during our experience with Ryan Chevrolet, which made it less stressful for us to finalize the deal. We left.the dealership that day, putting a deposit down on the 2007 Avalanche and picked it up a week later after the detailing was complete. We really like our new Avalanche truck!
