Old school ripoff. Over charge for service $4020 for heater core plus flush. All other Dodge dealerships charge $1550 for same service. There unstaffed and know you will leave. Still charging you $189.9 heater core plus flush. All other Dodge dealerships charge $1550 for same service. There unstaffed and know you will leave. Still charging you $189.99 dynastic for part and flush ? This practice was stopped by other dealers years ago. Be aware!!!! There are honest dealers elsewhere. Do not allow family members to make this mistake. More

I would recommend the service dept. of this dealership because I've had no experience with the sales dept. I've been doing business here for four years since relocating back here from Virginia. This parti because I've had no experience with the sales dept. I've been doing business here for four years since relocating back here from Virginia. This particular visit was for a routine oil change. By the way, I chose the Best Service this time. I was greeted by an service advisor J. Crowe who treated me as if we'd known one another all our lives. She was professional and knowledgeable while recommending other services as well as offering an option to pay for the more expensive ones. I like the fact that she wasn't pushy when I declined the other services. Gino (hope I spelled his name correctly) was the technician who seemed not to mind while I observed him working on my car. He, too, was professional when questioning me about the car. I could tell he cared and I didn't have a problem answering him because it helped him during the diagnostic phase. He did compliment me on the car's condition and could tell it had taken care of. It's a 2013 Chrysler 300AWD HEMI V-8 which I've owned since 2015. In closing, I've been greatly satisfied with the service and enjoy interacting with the personnel. I will go back and get the other work done. More

From my first interaction until my Jeep was returned every interaction with the staff at FiveStar was just that…. 5 stars. My amazing service writer, Jane, met every single challenge my Jeep (purchased every interaction with the staff at FiveStar was just that…. 5 stars. My amazing service writer, Jane, met every single challenge my Jeep (purchased from another local dealer) had with a smile and a rapid efficient solution. Then James, who is upper management in service Dept got involved to ensure his dealership excelled not only in fixing the “other guy’s” blatant undisclosed problems but guided me through how to maximize my warranties abd coverages and minimize my out of pocket expenses. The man even filled in for an ill employee and personally ensured the car was returned to my home ahead of schedule since I’m a single mom with one car. Treated like I was the only customer or family from the start and as a result I will be a Five Star customer for life. Thanks Five Star!!!! More
