Outstanding I came in because I was having mechanical problems with my 2010 Ford Edge which I bought new from Bob Allen. I expressed that I would rather trade it I came in because I was having mechanical problems with my 2010 Ford Edge which I bought new from Bob Allen. I expressed that I would rather trade it than deal with the mechanical issues to Jerome Toliver. I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he was able to put us in a 2017 Ford Edge. My wife was overwhelmed with joy. I have been a long time customer with Bob Allen Ford because of 5 star salesman like Jerome Toliver coupled with a quality product. I found myself in a financial nightmare and contacted Bob Allen Ford via internet, Larry Brown called me in reference to my inquiry but I was not available so he left a voicemail. I did not have an opportunity to return his call and he took the initiative and contacted me again two days later. I made an appointment with him and when I arrived at the dealership I was greeted in the most welcoming manner and my experience escalated upward from that point. Larry Brown was very professional, asked questions of what I was looking for and why I was looking to trade. He spoke with his Sales Manager and Finance Manager and returned to me and said he was going to go get my new car and would be right back. I have always selected my own vehicle in the past but he had such a professionalism about him that I was completely at ease with him making the selection. When he returned and escorted me outside to view the car, I was incredibly satisfied with his choice. We took the vehicle for a short drive and he explained all of the functions of the vehicle and upon return to the dealership, he set into motion all aspected of making the sale all the while making certain I was aware of each step and that I was comfortable during the process. I then met with Jason Hensley for the financial portion of the trade and he also was extremely professional and made certain that I understood all aspects of the contract. Having just separated myself from a horrid relationship, I had nothing more than my clothes and my car and no funds. The entire staff at Bob Allen Ford stepped forward and "took care" of me during the entire process. I felt no pressure or stress from anyone and each member of the team made me feel they genuinely cared about me personally and did everything possible to make my experience amazing. I will return to Bob Allen Ford in the future as well as recommend all of my friends and family to them. I cannot express the overall positive experiences I had while there and would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. After my purchase, several members of the team went to my vehicle with me to make sure I understood the different functions of the car. I must say, the situation that I was in and the way I was treated brought me to tears of sadness in trading a vehicle I love to tears of joy for the new vehicle I was purchasing along with tears of gratitude for the compassion of the team. The people at Bob Allen Ford are exceptional and I recommend the to the fullest. More

We have purchased 6 or 7 cars from these guys. They have treated us with such professionalism from the very beginning, and now, like family. My mother in law bought a car from them. I walked into the dealership hopeful, but knowing that it was going to be difficult for me to be able to find a car that would work with my needs and within my budget. Chris and Brad were very patient and very helpful, utilizing all of their resources to help me and to make sure that I was able to get what I needed. I am thankful for what they did for me, not only with making sure that I was able to get a great car, and that it worked within my needs and budget, but that the experience was plesant and enjoyable. This is the best interaction I have ever had with a car dealership. I will make sure to shop here again when I need to get another vehicle.
