I purchased a 2024 Tucson from Garvey Hyundai in Queensbury - I have had the vehicle for 4 months and the windshield wipers do not work properly - I asked if I could get a Saturday appointment to Queensbury - I have had the vehicle for 4 months and the windshield wipers do not work properly - I asked if I could get a Saturday appointment to have someone look at it, and I was told that I could not and that I had to come in during the week. They were more than willing to take my money and more than willing to let me purchase my car on a weekend when they knew that I worked all day and live 2 hours away, but are not willing to allow me to have service on a warranty vehicle on the weekend. I am very disappointed with them, and wish I had not purchased it there. I would not recommend them based on this experience More

I was in the market to buy a new car. I just didn’t know what I wanted but knew it had to be a sedan. After test driving many, I was bending towards a Toyota Camry. My husband and I dec I just didn’t know what I wanted but knew it had to be a sedan. After test driving many, I was bending towards a Toyota Camry. My husband and I decided to make a trip towards Glens Falls/Queensbury area to test drive one again. Funny thing, we ended up missing the Toyota dealer so I said well I’d like to test drive a Hyundai Sonata since I had had one in the past. Stopped at Garvey Hyundai Queensbury to test drive the new hybrid Sonata. Once I sat in the car, I loved it! My salesman was Jesse Maiolo. It was a GREAT experience right from the get go. Jesse was very attentive to exactly what I wanted as I had told him that it’ll probably be my last car. What a nice man. He is personable, intelligent, funny and has a smile like my grandson. That car I loved so much happened to be a lemon. Not on ANY PART of Garvey but the Hyundai factory. They tried to fix the problem and in the meantime, gave me a loaner and even paid my first car payment. While I was waiting for the original one to be fixed, Jesse found me another car EXACTLY like the original one. And I love it! I went down and filled out the new paperwork and low and behold I now have my new car. Such an easy transaction. If I do end up ever buying another car, I’ll go back to Jesse at Garvey Hyundai. I’ll tell you that we have a local Hyundai dealer but I don’t care for their service so I will travel 102 miles one way to get the BEST service. I want to thank Brad in the service department also for being kind and diligent because he didn’t want me driving a faulty car (the lemon mentioned above). This dealership is very caring about their customers. Thank you again for your kindness. Maybe give Jesse and Brad raises! 😉 More
