He asked me to take a seat in the customer lounge, get a drink and he'd be back shortly with information on next steps. Linda Radue greeted me in the lounge and shared pleasantries. Brad arrived to share the need for a warranty repair that needed to be done on January 2nd. Linda quickly arranged for a loaner car and sent me home to my family. I returned on the 2nd only to be greeted by both Brad and Linda. While Brand was explaining the details of my repair, Linda made arrangements for my car to be brought up to the front door and warmed up. It was 2 below zero! This was a very positive experience and I continue to be very pleased with the team at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen! More
