Second chance was worth it!!! Years ago, I had purchased a 2002 VW Jetta. I won't go into details, but the experience was completely horrible. I swore I would never purchase from this dealership again. However, I loved the great experiences I had with the service department. So, even though, the next car I had purchased after the 2002 Jetta was from a completely out of state, I still brought it back to Burnsville Volkswagen for service. Everyone in the service department kept me coming back. Fast forward to this past week...My 2007 Passat (which I absolutely LOVED) needed a new engine. I knew I needed to consider purchasing a new car. I was hesitant to even shop here. However, my mother purchased a car from Linda, and she was recommended to me by one of the service advisors. So, I sat down, talked and worked through my options. I am happy to say I am glad I gave her a chance. She was so helpful and patient with all of my questions and circumstances. She made the process so painless and effortless. I highly recommend her and will most likely be back to purchase from her again!! More

Ugur, the assistant service manager greeted me and gave me good information on how to increase the longevity of my car’s life without making me feel inferior. He held doors and made eye contact when talking to me. When I picked my car up, Ugur noticed the inside of my drivers window was smudgy and personally washed it for me, making my WHOLE car sparkly.
