The right rear tire on my car blew out and I needed to have it repaired. I contacted the dealership and Brad scheduled an appointment for the day after the blow out. During the inspection of the car at the beginning of the service appointment, Glenn pointed out that the tire tread on the remaining tires was at or near the level that indicated the tires needed to be replaced. I decided to go ahead with the replacement for safety reasons and am very pleased with the tires and price that was recommended. I have been very pleased with the service I get at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen ever since I bought the car from that dealership. More

On December 31st in the early afternoon, my Volkswagen CC showed a Engine problem code. I did not have an appointment and met with Brad Knudson to explain my service problem. He asked me to take a seat in the customer lounge, get a drink and he'd be back shortly with information on next steps. Linda Radue greeted me in the lounge and shared pleasantries. Brad arrived to share the need for a warranty repair that needed to be done on January 2nd. Linda quickly arranged for a loaner car and sent me home to my family. I returned on the 2nd only to be greeted by both Brad and Linda. While Brand was explaining the details of my repair, Linda made arrangements for my car to be brought up to the front door and warmed up. It was 2 below zero! This was a very positive experience and I continue to be very pleased with the team at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen! More
