I've been coming to this dealership since they were located in the tiny building off of 35W and Cliff Rd. They are awesome to work with! Always able to get your car in and looked to resolve the issue located in the tiny building off of 35W and Cliff Rd. They are awesome to work with! Always able to get your car in and looked to resolve the issue or just do an oil change. Love the fact that they wash your vehicle before it's returned. I would totally recommend this VW Dealership! Today (15 July 2013) is the 5th time I've been to Luther Burnsville VW for service. (I go every 10K miles and I have 50K miles on my 2011 Jetta TDI). I get excellent service every time. There is Luther Burnsville VW for service. (I go every 10K miles and I have 50K miles on my 2011 Jetta TDI). I get excellent service every time. There is no problem getting an appointment. When I arrive, I am promptly greeted by a knowledgeable person who outlines what needs to be done plus listens to any concern I might have. Then I go to the waiting area which is clean, bright and has current magazines, newspapers and snacks including cold bottled water. After a while, a service representative advises the work progress and when the work is complete, he/she explains what has been done and advises what to expect on the the next 10K mile service. When I get into the car again, I see that it has been vacuumed and washed. I am confident that the work has been done correctly. I have not had a single problem with the car. More

There was a small problem, part came in. We live a distance from dealership and when we could make it up they made sure we had a loaner to use even though they were all out. Brad was very helpful and honest. I waited for my service to be done, around 2 hours. Having a work station and wireless made it great. They do good work. I just had my 60k service performed, and in the almost two years since I purchased my Jetta TDI wagon, I have received only the highest professional treatment from Burnsville VW, from the very first intro two years since I purchased my Jetta TDI wagon, I have received only the highest professional treatment from Burnsville VW, from the very first introduction to Linda through six service visits with Brad Knudson and the service coordinators and technicians (who, although I don't know all their names, are certainly the wingnuts that help to deliver what everyone else has promised...). I have to admit that, two years ago when I was looking to purchase another car, VW wasn't originally on my list of manufacturers to consider, favoring instead an American make. Trouble is, I could find no domestic wagons of this size to accomodate my specific vehicle requirements of moderate cargo handling combined with higher fuel mileage. After my wife cajoled me to "just try one!", I was pleasantly surprised by how the car drove. Linda's help in answering many specifics about VW and diesels (and diesel use during Minnesota winters) eased my reservations, and both the quality of the car and the professional service work performed since my purchase have only reinforced to me (and my cajoling wife...) that we made the right decision in buying this particular car. Plus, now my wife will get to drive the Jetta once the time arrives to get another car, and she's looking forward to it already. Thanks to all for doing what you all do very well. More

Linda Radue has served me multimple times and she does a great job! She makes sure things are easy clean, quick and taken care of. It is hastle free and always a pleasure dealing with her. Brad Knudson is Mr. Customer service - he goes above and beyond to take good care of me! He rocks! Last visit I tried to get aloaner and mydrivers licens was expired, he got me a ride to th DMV - got me picked back up and I had my issue resolved in less tha 35 minutes. By then the work on my car was done and I did not need the loaner! Saved me time and money and saved the dealership time and money. made me a happy camper! You guys get it! Volkswagen of Burnsville has always gone out of their way to ensure that I receive the most personalised, fast, and courteous service. I understand that I can be a tad difficult to work with, considering I to ensure that I receive the most personalised, fast, and courteous service. I understand that I can be a tad difficult to work with, considering I tend to find faults in the slightest degrees, and I know that can be frustrating to deal with; however, I've come to realise that no matter the concern, I'm always greeted/welcomed and never fought on the issue's presented. Often times, these concerns are part of normal operation and I'm simply not used to the way the vehicle reacts -- other occasions, an issue is identified and resolved within a short period of time. During repairs, I've always been offered a rental, which is at no cost to me. As a courtesy, VW Burnsville has added minor touches to my vehicle to make it's appeal more aesthetically pleasing for me, which I appreciate greatly. One of these "touches" were actually more a replacement/repair on a slightly noticeable scratch which bothered me, located on the interior aluminium cup holder cover--which, typically wouldn't be replaced because it's considered normal wear & tear. Knowing that VW Burnsville does try their best to ensure my satisfaction, and has|will go above and beyond what is necessary, really makes me happy that I made VW Burnsville my dealership of choice. Ann Shirley has always been particularly upfront and honest with me about what can or cannot be done with some of my concerns. Always professional, and very easy to understand, she's always patient and never interrupts me, especially when I'm going on about something I feel is unacceptable [in regards to my vehicle's operation, etc] --this type of attitude really makes me feel at ease and not so stressed. It's such a pleasure working with Ann, I always know I'll be taken care of when she's around. Alas, there are other's very much similar to Ann -- Brad Knudson and Glenn Riippa have also worked with me in the past with similar stories to state about them. Actually, probably the same stories just different times. Either way, everyone in service at VW Burnsville is top notch in my eyes and I am happy to know they work so hard to ensure my vehicle is working soundly. And as an added note, I'd like to state that I've spoken to Sandie, Jeremy, amd Ugur over the phone before, about issue's, and all remains the same as the above -- awesome service I highly recommend VW Burnsville Service centre. More

They called earlier to offer special deal on an oil change and advised ahead of time of date and time. All employees were very friendly and efficient. The place is immaculate, including bathrooms.
