Excellent Buying Experience! I have driven Hondas for over forty years. I was in a crash two weeks ago and the driver that hit me totaled my car. It was time to replace my 12 I have driven Hondas for over forty years. I was in a crash two weeks ago and the driver that hit me totaled my car. It was time to replace my 12 year old Honda Accord. It was time for a change. I did research and my search came down to three cars. I chose a Subaru. I needed an all wheel drive vehicle for the climate that I live in, I LOVE that fact that Ganley Subaru is a big animal lover and donates a lot of time and funds to animal rescues (I do too)! I called to make an appointment and was welcomed as if I was part of the family. The General Manager Mike Campola met with me as I was meeting with team member Brad Lunar. I felt like I knew these fellas forever! I also met with Jeff Leovic and Jim Gentile. The sales process was smooth, the explanation of the vehicle's features was flawless and basically I was treated like royalty. I LOVE MY NEW SUBARU! More

4th Subaru in a Row from Ganley East There is no better way to express my satisfaction with Brad Lunar, Jim Gentile and Ganley Subaru East than to say that this is the 4th car in a row th There is no better way to express my satisfaction with Brad Lunar, Jim Gentile and Ganley Subaru East than to say that this is the 4th car in a row that I have purchased from them. And I am an automotive engineer with 20-years of experience, so my standards are very high for both the dealership and the vehicle. I am so confident that Brad will give me the best possible deal that I do not waste time with comparison shopping. Subaru hit another homerun with the redesigned 2020 Outback. The new turbocharged Boxer engine is smooth yet delivers tremendous mid-range torque at speeds above 35MPH. Driving dynamics are impressive for a vehicle of this ride height and curb-weight. Interior materials and quality are equal to those of a luxury brand. The massive center console display is incredibly cool. The all-wheel-drive system with X-Mode is easily the best on the market (especially in inclement weather). But most importantly, Subaru is the only car brand that I will trust with the safety of my 4-year old daughter (my family's other car is a Forester). More

He offered us far more information on our car and we wish that we could have retained just one-tenth of what he said as he reported all of the vehicle features. We purchased the 2020 Legacy and will likely take that refresher class with Robert. He is bright, was attentive to our needs and wants, focused on customer service, and is dedicated to the organization. Brad mastered the art in meeting our needs and presented an unbiased report of all of the cars we looked at. Mike Kaminski frequently swung by to make sure that our needs were being managed and Mike S. from Finance efficiently got our paperwork completed and us on the road. I do believe that we could be only too fortunate to work with all of you again when we need a new car from Ganley Subaru. I won’t ever buy anything but a Subaru I can’t express enough how amazing Brad is. This is the 3rd car he has helped us with and every time he delivers exceptional customer service. Coming from a sales background myself I appreciate when I go into a business that has the right kind of people in place. If you are reading this review and considering if the Wickliffe Subaru is the right dealer for you, let me save you the suspense. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My last visit I leased a new car, my visit before that I was in for service on our Legacy which was a lease but ended up purchasing it because we Loved it that much. I might add the reason the car was in for service was for a scratch repair. Because of how deep the scratch was, they gave me a loaner. We had the car back in less than 24 hours. When I got the car back it looked brand new. Unfortunately I wish I could say the same thing for the loaner car they gave me. In the time it took to repair the scratch, someone had rear ended us. The treatment I got from everyone at the dealership was outstanding. I can’t thank everyone enough for being so supportive and understanding with care and compassion. The flip side to the story is no one was hurt, the loaner car had minimum damage. The car that rear ended us was totaled. That just goes to show the quality of what you get with a Subaru. ❤️ What can I say, Wickliffe Subaru is simply the best. Thanks again, Anthony Grabowski More

NO OTHER DEALERSHIP COMPARES This is my second lease with Subaru Wickliffe, and the reason I continue to do business with this dealership is because of their A+ customer commitmen This is my second lease with Subaru Wickliffe, and the reason I continue to do business with this dealership is because of their A+ customer commitment and ease to work with. I commented to my husband that it's refreshing to have an entire staff that really focuses on working to make the customer feel that they are the most important person in the showroom. As soon as you enter the door, you are welcomed by all. Brad was very attentive to my expectations and made sure the entire leasing process ran smooth. It was actually a pleasure doing business with him - he couldn't have made it any easier. I have no hesitation in recommending him and the rest of the crew to others. Continue the superb work. Brad is among the best car salesmen that I have worked with. Due to a back injury years ago, buying a car with a seat that works for me is a difficult and time consuming process. Brad was very patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable about both the Forester and the Outback. He let me test drive the 2020 Outback several times and even take one home overnight. I liked the Outback very much and initially the 2020 redesigned seat was quite comfortable. It takes quite a lot of time in the car seat for me to determine if it will work. Unfortunately I eventually had to make the decision not to get an Outback and go back to my old make of car and car seat even though I preferred the 2020 Outback. Brad even offered to have me come in with an orthopedic specialist to see if the seat could be adjusted to work. When Brad was not available, Ken Johnson was just as helpful. Ganley Subaru management supported them. Jim More

Found my dream car! After searching GanleyAuto.com for months to find "My car", it finally appeared and I called Brad Lunar right away and he drove to the other Ganley st After searching GanleyAuto.com for months to find "My car", it finally appeared and I called Brad Lunar right away and he drove to the other Ganley store that it was located at and brought it back for me! He let me know how the car drove and mentioned a slight rattling noise. We had service put it on the lift and were able to find the problem and it was quickly handled by Steve, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager. Jim Gentile helped me keep my payments where I want and make sure the right equipment is covered by warranty. Thanks Brad and Steve and Jim for helping me with my "Affordable Dream Car"! More
