He explained all the different features on the cars, told him what I needed in a car- and he went really above board to enable me to purchase my car. The most important part of this, is he kept following up with me, not badgering, but showing me he was really interested in a sale, and making me feel confident in my decision. Brad also spent time with me after purchase- showing me how to 'work' everything in the car. I am very satisfied with my purchase- and the exceptional service I received! More

What stood out to me the most of all was how Brad Lunar, worked with me one on one explaining the complete process. I "NEVER" felt pressured in to purchasing the vehicle; he let me make all the decisions from beginning to end. Brad kept me updated when the vehicle was going to arrive and he granted all my requests on how to handle the vehicle once it arrived to the lot. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions throughout the whole process. I would like Subaru to give him salesman of the year or top salesman of all time. I have dealt with dealerships/salesmen whom just wanted a sale or to get you in a new car because it is the newest on the block, with the Subaru team and Brad Lunar I "NEVER" felt that way.
