I finally got to say yes to the dress, uh... I mean Ascent! My husband and I first test drove the Ascent with Brad at Ganley back in April. At that time, while we could afford it, we weren't sure that financial My husband and I first test drove the Ascent with Brad at Ganley back in April. At that time, while we could afford it, we weren't sure that financially that was the best choice to make for our family. Fast forward a few months and we had settled in purchasing a used minivan of a different make and model. We contacted Brad to help us find said minivan, and he was more than accommodating and super helpful in that area (even though it meant we were not going to be buying another Subaru and we were purchasing a used vehicle, and his schedule was beyond busy with trainings and other things going on at that time). Brad was always prompt in answering any questions we had and kept us updated on the search. When we thought we were close to finding that used minivan, my husband started crunching the numbers again and compared them against the comp. 2020 Ascent models Ganley had in stock and we found the one! I called Brad and he made an appointment for us that day to come out, retest-drive and work with him in it. When we got there, it was busy but Brad had it taken care of and Ray helped us until Brad was finished. Ray was so kind and polite and great with our kids who were very excited (and bored) by the whole process. Trying to keep two young ones minding on one's own (in a car dealership for hours) until spouse backup comes is no easy feat, especially after the kind of day we'd already had but everyone was so kind and helpful and Ray was awesome and SO patient with them which I really appreciated and helped me out tremendously. Brad came right over when he was finished with what he needed to take care of and proceeded from there. He too was also great with our kids, but has always been. By that point my husband had arrived and he was able to answer questions that Chris had about the Ascent get the ball rolling for trade-in and purchase. Like our previous purchase, we were treated with professionalism and promptness. This is why I absolutely love doing business with Ganley Subaru, and in particular Brad, because I know that there will be no games and we will be treated with respect. Mark(?) in the financial paper signing process was great too and after being there for as long as we were, I was thrilled that the paperwork was finished so quickly. More

He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We have purchased many many cars in the past but this was our best experience thus. Then we met Mike Arnoff and Jim Gentile and our interactions with them were just as good. We felt that we got the best deal and trade in values for our cars. Finally, Brad helped us when we picked up our car and he answered all of our questions which wasn't easy since we are "old folks" and not tech savy w/r to the modern vehicles. Through it all James Callendar really was the one who kept us informed and helped us through every step. What an asset to your dealership! More

I reviewed several Subaru models and had a good handle on what I wanted when I went in to the dealership. I was paired up with Brad Lunar and he made my wife and I feel at ease. Brad didn't try and shove a car down our throats. He took us to each of the models we were interested in and gave us pros and cons of each model with regards to our needs. We quickly settled on the Forester but we told him that we were checking out other car brands that same day. He again didn't try and "sell" us anything on the spot. All he asked was that we give him a chance to make us a deal when we finished our research. He gave me his cell number and we were texting about a few of the finer points of the pricing. Less than a week later and I came to an agreement on the purchase of my new Forester. I absolutely love my car. Totally made the right choice and everyone at the dealership was great. Brad found the model, package, and colors that we wanted at a different dealer and had it delivered the next business day. Brad spent time walking through different payment options, leasing, used, new, down payment amounts to help us find a monthly payment that fit our budget. Great experience with Brad. I picked up the car after work and Brad stayed to show me important features and help me sync my bluetooth for the first time. We also had our 10 month old with us during the whole conversation. He enjoyed the fish tank. More

I went to three other Subaru dealerships in the Cleveland area before going to Ganley East; I live on the west side of town. All three tried to pressure me into buying a vehicle other than the one I told them I wanted. I walked out each time, refusing to give them my business. Brad was a breath of fresh air. He worked with the information I gave him and came back with the exact car I wanted. He was friendly, genuine, extremely knowledgable about the product, and delivered exceptional customer service. I was in sales for 13 years and know what constitutes a top notch salesperson. Brad Lunar is it. I highly recommend Ganley East Subaru and specifically Brad Lunar. It was well worth the drive from the west side to get this level of service. LOVE my Forester!!!! More
