Got me in my dream car once again! A year ago Brad and the rest of the staff got me into a new WRX, I was so impressed with the service received that I promised when right for me I woul A year ago Brad and the rest of the staff got me into a new WRX, I was so impressed with the service received that I promised when right for me I would come back for a new STI. This year I came back and got the car of my dreams and the staff made it easy for me. They provide a easy going experience with no pressure put on me. The last year I've received excellent customer service, They call to ensure everything is going smoothly with the vehicle and you can tell they truly care about a customer connection. I cant thank the entire staff enough, I've said it before but I would never buy a Subaru from anyone else. Thank you for my second and most certainly not my last Subaru! More

Amazing customer service and quality vehicle My good friend recommended me to go to Ganley SubaruEast and to ask for Brad Lunar. I was in a terrible situation. My BMW blew an engine and I needed My good friend recommended me to go to Ganley SubaruEast and to ask for Brad Lunar. I was in a terrible situation. My BMW blew an engine and I needed to get a replacement car fast. I was not looking for a new car but my situation was desperate and I told Brad my story and he immediately went to work to try to get me into a new vehicle. He and his manager went above and beyond even to see if there was anything they could help me with my current car and they did not have to do what they did to help me . I did not expect them to do this and was pleasantly surprised that they made the extra effort and made calls that made me realize why my good friend had recommended Brad. The thought of car shopping was overwhelming and I have had miserable experiences in the past. Me and my husband went and shopped other dealerships and did not receive even 1/3 the help and guidance we got from Brad. I bought a 2019 Subaru Forester and absolutely love this vehicle. I would recommend my family and friends to shop here the next time they are looking for a car. I have never owned a Subaru but I would definitely buy one again. More
