He was able to explain everything in great detail, showed me around the dealership, introduced me to everyone and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. Days afterwards Brad checked in with me to see how things were going with the car and if I needed help with any of the features. It's reassuring to know that if I have any concerns or questions I can just give them a call and they'll be glad to help me out. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know. From the first test drive through us driving the vehicle off the lot Brad was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a new Subaru. I was not particularly impressed with being forced to fill out a 'customer survey' that was immediately used to generate a profile to push the sale of additional upgrade packages when completing the purchase. If I wanted those options, I would search through them online like every other person would in 2018 and ask for them. More
