Wonderful experience I had been looking for a specific configuration for my 2018 Crosstrek. I searched dealer websites all across northeast Ohio to find my choice. I live in Westlake which is across town so had not been in that area often but found it easy to get to. My sales representative, Brad Lunar, was extremely helpful in getting this model on-hold for me, even calling and working long distance while on vacation!! I much appreciated his dedication and help. Allie Scali was also instrumental in getting me information both before, during and after the sale. I felt that this dealership was looking out for me, not just to sell me any car on their lot but to make sure that it was the exact car I wanted. Kudos to Ganley Wickliffe!
