Won't Go Anywhere Else I was referred to Brad Lunar when I went shopping for a newer car. He did not come across as a "salesman" and more of like a friend helping me find a I was referred to Brad Lunar when I went shopping for a newer car. He did not come across as a "salesman" and more of like a friend helping me find a car that fit my families needs. He did not make promises or offer up an bs. lines to make a sale. I will definitely recommend Brad to anyone looking to purchase a new car at Ganley. I have always hated car shopping. I haven't bought a car off of a dealership in 10+ years, I however found myself needing a newer and more affordable car. The reason I chose Ganley Subaru East was they're military friendly, are the employer of one of my troops and never gave them a problem with taking time off for military duty. Ganley Subaru East is an excellent dealership and I never felt out of place or pressured/harassed. They even offered up lunch while I was waiting for the paperwork to be completed on my purchase. 2019 Subaru Ascent I ordered a new 2019 Ascent from Brad Lunar of Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe back in February 2018 (the first week Subaru was taking orders). Subaru star I ordered a new 2019 Ascent from Brad Lunar of Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe back in February 2018 (the first week Subaru was taking orders). Subaru started making deliveries in June and I received the 3rd Ascent received by Ganley in Wickliffe. Brad and Mike Kaminski kept me informed throughout the process and while they weren't offering any deals on the Ascent due to the high demand and limited production, they did work with me on the trade of my 2016 Outback. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and while the process is always a little painful, dealing with the guys at Ganley Wickliffe is relatively pain-free. The 2019 Ascent is the 2nd Subaru, I've purchased from Ganley Wickliffe and the 6th Subaru that I've owned in my lifetime. I love the car and its a good group of people at Ganley Wickliffe. They are low pressure and well informed. More

Personal attention My experience at Ganley Subaru was TERRIFIC. This was mostly due to the individual attention and assistance given to me by Brad Lunar. He was knowle My experience at Ganley Subaru was TERRIFIC. This was mostly due to the individual attention and assistance given to me by Brad Lunar. He was knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. He answered my many questions and explained features of the vehicles which I was looking at. He remembered details I had expressed as being important to me and helped me find the right vehicle which would match my requirements. Professional and polite to my husband and son who accompanied me. There was no pressure which had been a worry to me. When the deal was complete, he assisted me in clearing all my belongings out of my other car. He offered to transfer my plate cover to my new car and said if I bought a new cover later he would help me to place it on the car. He reviewed the features I would need to know to be comfortable driving my new vehicle. Brad is the BEST and I would recommend him and this dealership as it made my car buying experience so positive. More

I felt comfortable the minute I walked in the door. I had the pleasure to work with Brad Lunar. He is very patient, attentive and caring!! He listens and observes very well!. The whole staff from top to bottom are friendly, transparent, and eager to represent a dealership that clearly strives for excellence. I love my new Outback! I was even more impressed at the time and care Brad took to make sure I understood everything about my Outback in terms of features and controls. It was a breath of fresh air to feel like my needs and not just my buiness were important to this dealership. Purchase of our new 2019 Subaru Ascent Our family had been interested in the new Subaru Ascent since we first heard rumors about it in 2016. When we first were notified we could pre-order i Our family had been interested in the new Subaru Ascent since we first heard rumors about it in 2016. When we first were notified we could pre-order it we reached out to Ganley Subaru East and were lucky enough to be put in touch with Brad Lunar. Brad proceeded to make the whole experience a pleasure. From the time I went in and ordered it with Brad to the time it was delivered 4 months later (two days ago by the way) Brad kept me informed and up-to-date on the progress and what to expect. He did a fantastic job of setting expectations. In addition he under promised and over delivered which is always the way to go as far as I am concerned. I was always pleased with every outcome of the process. I have already told Brad that when my 15 year old turns 16 and it is time for me to pass on my Outback (3rd Subaru) to her that he will be getting a call from me. The Ascent is our 4th Subaru and we are staying in the family. I highly recommend going to see Brad at Ganley East. Sincerely, Alex More

They took the time to gain me as a customer! When I was first looking for a WRX I lived in charlotte NC for work but I knew I would be living in Cleveland in a couple months so I called around to When I was first looking for a WRX I lived in charlotte NC for work but I knew I would be living in Cleveland in a couple months so I called around to try and gain information, I called 5 or 6 dealerships. Some didn’t even call back and others didn’t give me the time of day bc they knew I was out of state and I was younger, they were just looking for a short sale but not ganley Subaru east ! They listened to my plan and were excited to help even though it would be in a couple months, the whole staff was incredibly helpful and kind and now I’m a proud WRX owner and all of my future suabarus will come from this dealer. Great visit to Ganley Subaru Stopped into Ganley with my husband to look into leasing a 2018 Subaru Outback. Brad Lunar was the salesman we worked with. Super-nice guy. He was very knowledgable about all the features that came with the model we were interested in. Jim took care of the financing and he too did an awesome job. While waiting on the paperwork, Brad showed us around the dealership, introducing us to the workers in the different departments. All employees we met were friendly. We felt welcomed. And at no point did we feel pressured into a sale. All in all, a super car buying experience. We love our new Outback and we'll definitely reccomend Brad to anyone we know that may be in the market for a vehicle. We're glad to be part of the Ganley-Subaru family!! Cherie & John Bennett More
