Helped me out of a tough breakdown situation. My engine block on my Subaru Outback blew out on a road trip close to Cleveland and the staff at Ganley Subaru East helped me deal with the situation. My engine block on my Subaru Outback blew out on a road trip close to Cleveland and the staff at Ganley Subaru East helped me deal with the situation. At first I dealt with Gary Heck in the service department who was considerate and helpful in dealing with my old car. I then talked with James Reinart and Brad Lunar who helped me pick a used Impreza that was in my price range. Brad was very empathetic to my experience (I was ~800 miles from home when my car broke down!) and despite a few unfortunate logistical setbacks, went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable in my stay in Cleveland and had the means to get back to KS. Brad went out of his way to drop me off at the airport while the car I purchased was being serviced for recall parts. Despite the circumstances, this was the most pleasant and relaxed environment In which have ever purchased a car. Every step of the process I felt comfortable with all of the employees and at no point did I feel pressured into buying anything. If I am ever in the greater Cleveland area and am in need of car I will definitely choose Ganley! A little over a month later and I am completely happy with the Impreza I purchased! Fast, convenient, and excellent experience We leased a 2017 Outback. We were really happy with our experience. We have very little time off work and came in at 7:20PM. My husband hadn't even eaten dinner, but it was the only time we could do it. We offered to come back at another time but Brad made us feel like it would be his pleasure to stay and help us. We were really surprised to be able to drive the car away that night! We wrapped up at 10:00PM, and everyone was so pleasant the whole time - Brad, James the finance guy, and the owner. They were all very service-oriented. We're really happy with the terms of our lease - great price not advertised, but they made it work. Brad is a the best kind of salesperson - transparent, quick, and exudes gratitude for his job and customers. More

He assured us that he would always be available if we had any questions about our vehicles. The sales process was very smooth and everyone was very friendly. The only suggestion I would make is if in the future the total time it takes for the completion of the sales transaction could be more streamlined. Our sales process took 9 hours over 2 days. That is a long time after putting in a full day of work. More
