Subaru Forester purchase I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I came in several times to test drive multiple vehicles and the staff were helpful every time. Brad I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I came in several times to test drive multiple vehicles and the staff were helpful every time. Brad Lunar was an especially helpful employee. He was kind, very knowledge of the vehicle features, and answered all of my questions about my vehicle purchase. He was also patient as I narrowed in on my final purchase decision. I would recommend Ganley Subaru East and Brad to anyone looking for a Subaru! More

Outback Buying Experience I drove across town to purchase my 2017 Outback and it was totally worth the trip. This was not the typical sales experience. We were expecting the typical pushy sales people, and the overly pushy managers. This was not the case. Brad Lunar and Mike Kaminski spent a ton of time listening to our needs. They let us overnight a vehicle a few months earlier so we had already spent quite some time with the car. A knockout sales team, a knockout facility, and a location right off the highway exit! More

Great car, even greater experience. Brad Lunar was who I mainly worked with, but he ended up introducing me to basically everyone there. I came in with my 2012 Ford Focus that I bought f Brad Lunar was who I mainly worked with, but he ended up introducing me to basically everyone there. I came in with my 2012 Ford Focus that I bought from Mike Bass Ford in Sheffield to evaluate a possible trade-in and purchase of a new WRX. I had told them about my previous experience at the Ford dealership both when buying the car and getting it serviced and it was a pretty deplorable experience. He covered pretty much every base I could ask for- service, parts, purchasing, trade-in, warranty, all the bells and whistles and I don't think he left a single thing out. He was patient and understanding when it came to my worries about purchasing another car and made me feel comfortable along the whole process. The test drive pretty much solidified my choice and now I'm a new owner of a 2017 WRX. Once I got home I had a sigh of relief moment, not because I had just purchased a car, but the process was simple, the service was great, the people were friendly, and I know that they'll stand behind me when I need them. Thank you to the whole Ganley Subaru East crew, I'm really glad I made the swap to a Subaru and this car isn't anything less than I expected. More

Wow!!!! Car Buying this simple!!!! Brad was a great salesman. He played a huge part in us selecting our first Subaru.
