We drove an hour and 20 minutes from our home to see the truck. Brian had the truck ready and waiting for us. We test drove it and he explained all the features. Great customer service! The last car dealer I visited the salesman stood inside and pointed at the car I was interested in. He didn’t even offer a test drive! Good job Brian….we will come over again next time a family member or we need a vehicle. More

He was honest with me about my situation and spent ample time answering all my questions and going through numbers even though I was “just inquiring.” I’ve dealt with other salesmen in similar situations and felt dismissed or pressured or patronized, especially being a woman. I DID end up deciding to trade my car in and Brian and everyone else at Mungenast Honda that day, all the way through Finance, made this purchase probably the most enjoyable and relaxed car buying experiences I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot of cars in my 37 years! 10/10 would recommend this dealership and Brain specifically to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!
