They immediately respected my communication preferences (I had no time or tolerance for dealership visits or phone calls), provided informative, timely, and down-to-earth communication, and went out of their way to work through my family's hectic schedules during the process. While other dealerships cold called me, sent me numerous annoying automated messages, and begged me to just visit the dealership, David Jeep separated themselves by being real humans who met me where I was at.
