I had quite a lot of much needed help going into J.S. BMW, being a 20 yr. old female you can imagine i'm terrible with these things. Hearing horror stories about dealers (especially high end ones) rippin BMW, being a 20 yr. old female you can imagine i'm terrible with these things. Hearing horror stories about dealers (especially high end ones) ripping off their customers, hiding fees until the very end, not giving a fair amount for a trade in, etc. With that in mind I called and a gentleman named Peter Cramer answered my call and set up an appointment for me with another gentleman named Brad Schultz. Brad was amazing and very knowledgeable in assisting me with getting me out of my horrible Scion FR-S lease and into a 2011 Infiniti M37x.. Wow. What a step up. Brad walked me through the entire car, button by button (and man, were there a lot of them!) and also pointed out a blemish in the paint and told me to bring it back when ever to have that spot repainted. I'm told i'll also be loaned a car for the duration of the time my car is in the paint shop! I thought that was very nice. I was then taken over for paper work with a man named Nick Angelo who is super sweet and made the paperwork go fast and easy, minus the hand cramp i had from all the required signatures! He also explained everything step by step and answered any questions i had. Overall my time at J.S. BMW was enjoyable and I'll be going there for my next car, if and when i get tired of the M37! Thanks to all the guys involved, you all definitely have my business for life! More

I purchased a CPO BMW and from first contact to final delivery I have experienced exceptional service, attentive staff, and seemingly impossible response times on follow up. I've purchased dozens of cars in my life and this purchase was hands down the best experience I've had so far. Brad bent over backwards to turn a week that started with a wrecked car into one of the better weeks this year. He recognized the stress of the situation and accommodated us every step of the way. I felt confident that I was being given good information with earnest intent to place me in a premium vehicle. Mr. Brad Schultz, Sales, assisted me in selecting a 2014 BMW for lease. I am new to both BMW and leasing, and Brad patiently answered all questions and concerns. Brad gave his undivided attention and, to my satisfaction, explained features of the vehicle I was interested in, which was the 328i Xdrive. Brad was respectful and listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want. I subsequently leased a vehicle through Jake Sweeney BMW and I received a very acceptable price. I found a car listed online that I was interested in. Greg Sewell was very prompt in calling me back to talk details about the car and he answered all the questions I had. I let him know I would be in town that weekend to come to the dealership and see the car in person. Greg was great in letting me know he had a prior commitment and passed along all of the details we had discussed to his co-worker. Brad Schultz picked up where Greg and I had left off. I honestly hate the entire process of buying a car, and Brad made it as easy as possible. No pressure, answered all the questions I had and showed me a few options to consider. I've been to quite a few dealerships through the years and this experience was top notch. There was no haggling over price because the car was priced great to begin with. When I am in the market for my next car, I have no hesitation about going back to Jake Sweeney BMW. More

I shopped both of the local Cincinnati BMW dealerships and found the sales team and available vehicles at Jake Sweeney to be outstanding. I worked with Brad Schultz and would recommend him to others. Brad is a BMW enthusiast himself who was very knowledgeable about the brand and models that I was considering. Brad consulted with me to understand what was important and helped to steer me to my new 328i xdrive. I appreciated that in addition to offering new and pre-owned vehicles, that Jake Sweeney had purchase and lease options available on their loaner cars (nearly new from a mileage perspective and never titled) which ended up being the perfect option for me. I absolutely love the car and the experience in working with Jake Sweeney BMW and Brad was very professional, easy and pleasant from start to finish. More

I contacted the dealer online about a particular BWM and I received a phone call from Brad within a few hours of my email. He answered all my questions and concerns about purchasing a vehicle out of state. I gave Brad my information regarding where I wanted to be for montly payments and he did everything he could to get me to that payment. He was honest about my trade-in amount and worked through different payment options that would fit my needs. We were able to come to an agreement that same day. I drove from out of state two days later. The process was very effcient and everyone was friendly and easy to work with. All of the paper work was ready upon my arrival. I test drove the car and signed the paperwork all within a little over an hour. My overall experience was great and I would highly recommend working with Brad if looking for a used BMW. More
