I went in just to browse vehicles. Talked to Chris Eckert about what I thought I wanted and what price range I wanted to be in. I felt as though he was trying to give me what was best for my family and not just make a sale. Took his time to explain everything than brought the vehicle to the doors so we didnt have to be out in the cold. Once I decided that was the vehicle I wanted we went in to talk to the finance guys. Brent, Corey and Pat did a wonderful job meeting me where I wanted to be at. It was not an easy job but they were able to get me where I really wanted to as far as much I wanted for a trade-in, how much I wanted to put down and where I wanted my payment to be at. They tried to find every possible money saving rebate they could and discussed it with each other and me to be sure no one was missing anything. I took up almost 4 hours of their time but you never would have known. Never once did I feel rushed. Even when I doubted my decision they let me ask more questions and take my time deciding. There was No pressure what so ever. The night we brought the car home it snowed. I thought the wipers were not cleaning the windshields so I went in on Monday to talk to Brad about the wipers. Brad came out cleared my wipers off for me to check the wear. The wear was new. Chuck checked to make sure they were running properly, Agreed they were not clearing like they should. we let it sit for a while to warm up. Believe it was just too cold for the wipers to be making proper contact. (It was -10 degrees) Everyone was great about it. Said anytime I had any more questions to bring it back and they would answer them. Highly recommend Holm Auto to anyone. I was given great service from every part of the dealership. More

So i stopped by the dealership on my way back from Colorado because i had a check engine light on. It was a Saturday afternoon at 2:15PM. As i pulled into the dealership, they took care of me. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend Holm to anyone looking for a vehicle. We knew what we wanted but Dave made sure that what we were looking for was exactly what our family recommend Holm to anyone looking for a vehicle. We knew what we wanted but Dave made sure that what we were looking for was exactly what our family needed. He took us step by step through the process, answering questions and explaining everything. He made us feel like we were as important as his family. Ross and Brad were great to work with through the paperwork; also making sure we understood exactly what we were signing and not letting us get overwhelmed. Everyone in the building was welcoming, helpful and made sure we didn't need anything and were having the best experience possible. We truly appreciate how well we were taken care of. When it is time to upgrade our truck we will be back. More

Nita and I have purchased or leased seven vehicles (5 Cadillac's and 2 trucks) from Holm's since 2000. The staff has always been friendly and helpful during that time. We have also recommended them to many of our family and friends both for buying or servicing their cars. The staff in Sales, Parts, Body Repair and the Office are exceptionally qualified at their jobs as well as friendly. Even the staff we have not worked with directly call us by our first names and greet us each time we go to the dealership. We appreciate them so much that Nita takes them homemade goodies for the staff to enjoy as a small token of our respect and appreciation for the great work they do. On one occasion, we were taking a family member back to Colorado with her infant child. We discovered that the seat belt being used for the infant was not functioning properly. We called the Service Department and told them the problem. We,of course, were on a schedule and needed to get in, have the repair made and get out as quicly as possible. When Jamie and Chuck saw that the seat belt repair would take longer than we could allow,they immediately put us into a comparable car, filled it with gas and sent us on our way, while the repair was made. Upon our return, the problem had been solved. On another occasion, I was driving home from work and hit a skunk. The smell was horrific. I called the Service Department the next day and Jamie said bring it in right away. Within a short period of time the car was returned. It smelled like a new car. Well...... the next week my wife hit a skunk on the way home to work with our other car. The same patient voice answered the call and took care of the same problem with the same expediency. We all had a good laugh and wondered what were the chances of that ever happening again. Fortunately, it has not! These are two of the many wonderful experiences we have had. Eric has been amazing at finding the cars we wanted to purchase and lease, no matter how far he has to go to search for them. Eric, Pat, Tim and Chris make it possible for us to get the best financial deal. Brad in Parts and B.J. in the Body Shop, Pam and Darwin in the office are outstanding. We really appreciate the family atmosphere at Holm's, but also appreciate the competent staff, who it seems can do most anything with vehicles for their customers. We highly recommend the dealership to all our friends and have many, who have had similar positive experiences. Tim's motto for the dealership, is "Come to Holm Automotive... you'll be glad you did". He certainly is right. We ARE glad we did! More
