We had to drive 180 miles one way to buy the vehicle we were wanting and it was well worth the trip. Our local dealer would not even try to work with us to try and find us the Jeep we were wanting. We will never again go to a local dealer. We are an all MOPAR family and if and when we ever are in the market to buy another vehicle, we will make the 6 hour round trip to your dealership. Nervous buyer I had researched, researched, researched prior to arriving on their lot. Brad was able to answer all the questions we had about the particular Jeep ve I had researched, researched, researched prior to arriving on their lot. Brad was able to answer all the questions we had about the particular Jeep vehicle we were looking at. He was not pushy and allowed the vehicle to sell me. (which was important) I must follow that by saying I had visited at least 5 lots prior in my car shopping adventure and had some sales people who over sold the product and they just didn't know how to hush so I left. I had researched what they had on their lot and was able to locate that exact vehicle, which after a quick drive and look over (at least and hr later) I was able to decide that this was the vehicle I had been wanting and needing. Brad went over all the ins and outs of the new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that I purchased and even told me I could call anytime with questions. I am not an easy sale and again I had to want it and Brad as well as the others were very patient in allowing me to make that decision. They did everything they could to allow me time to look over the Jeep and to ask any questions that I had. More
