Easiest vehicle buying experience ever In the market for a Dodge Durango. Went to Gastonia Dodge website and found a vehicle I was looking for there. Figured a price I was willing to pay In the market for a Dodge Durango. Went to Gastonia Dodge website and found a vehicle I was looking for there. Figured a price I was willing to pay for it. Made offer to dealer. Was contacted by Brad Smith, who was very polite, knowledgeable, and did not give a hard sell. he called soon after that to accept our offered price. Got reasonable financing after completing online form. Went to dealer, satisfied with the vehicle. Signed all the paperwork with Devin Schrad who was also terrific. Then Brad spent about an hour explaining all of the Durango's features. Could not have been easier. Least stressful vehicle purchase I have ever made. Was at another Dodge dealer the day before and just did not get the same ease and throughput that this dealership provided, and walked away without the purchase then. More

Told lies and sales person "pitches" knowing that the price on the truck was not the price they where going to give me. I mean the sales person started another deal with another person before I left. WOW! But let me tell you later that day I decided to drive down to Gastonia to see what they where able to do. When I walked in I was greeted by Brad and the rest of my buying experience was fantastic. He even went to another dealer to get the truck I wanted. He bent over backwards to earn my business and I promise I will tell everyone I know how amazing and great this dealership is. He worked on getting me the best deal for my trade in and the best deal on the new truck. Just overall a great buying experience that I would recommend to anyone out there trying to get into a new truck or car. Please go see Brad at Gastonia Dodge he will take care of you and will ensure you are treated with respect and as a person about to buy an expensive truck not just a number or someone they want to "sell" too. His only sales pitch through all of it was "let me earn your business." Can you imagine if every car deal was out to ear your business not sell you their business. Going To Buy All My Fleet Vehicles From Here! I work in a Residential and Commercial Industry and have anywhere from 40-60 vehicles in my fleet at anytime averaging 75K-100K miles a year! We go th I work in a Residential and Commercial Industry and have anywhere from 40-60 vehicles in my fleet at anytime averaging 75K-100K miles a year! We go through them quickly. I chose Dodge over the other 30 Corporate local recommended vendors because I also only buy all of my personal vehicles from this Dealership. I was worried about how much time the whole process would take, being that these were Commercial Fleet Vehicle Purchases. I was in and out in 30 minutes from meet, greet, paperwork, finance and all. Daniel went above and beyond to earn my Company business and we will continue this relationship without any issues! That I am sure of! The whole team was awesome from the finance (Tim), sales manager (Jason) and the other Sales Reps as well. Each one made it a point to acknowledge me and introduce themselves, knowing I was Daniel's customer. That speaks a lot about their character and are just great people in general. More

What a day! So last week was like the worst week ever for me and my wife. Both of our vehicles went out and her vehicle wasn't worth repairing. We got in touch with Tracy Sherrill and Brad Smith at Gastonia Dodge and Jeep, and they were very helpful. They gave very good advice to us to put us within our price point. They took us out and looked and test drive every vehicle we wanted to drive. Once we decided which vehicle we wanted they made the paper work painless and got us a great rate. We drove away glad we had such a great experience. We will refer all of our family and friends to buy from there and we will too in the future. Thank you Tracy and Brad at Gastonia Dodge and Jeep for everything and helping us through this tough time. More

Was knowledgeable in helping me understand all the bells and whistles that my new car offered. His promptness on getting me in for my Armor all Protection for my vehicle was exceptional as well. Tim Carlson helped me with all my paperwork and was also very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions (which I had a lot) :). He even went over everything the following morning with my fiancee to make sure we understood all that was to offer. I highly recommend this dealership for a vehicle purchase. More

Making the experience personal I have just purchased my 4th Jeep vehicle from this dealership. They always make sure we are comfortable, well informed and they truly listen to what I have just purchased my 4th Jeep vehicle from this dealership. They always make sure we are comfortable, well informed and they truly listen to what our needs are to find the right match for us. They are not the usual "over bearing, pushy" car sales people that we have dealt with in the past. That's why we keep coming back. They never rush or pressure you into anything. This has been consistent with every visit, from sales to service. And the Jeep brand is reliable for value, so this is a winning combination. Brad and Kelvin are excellent salesmen, and Tim in the finance department is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lee and the service department always do their best to get you in and out while providing quality care to your vehicle, David and all the guys in the parts department are so nice and great at finding you everything you need from basic repairs to aftermarket upgrades. Just a great team all around. I can't think of a single reason to not send someone here for their vehicle purchasing needs. More
