Horrible Experience I bought a brand new 2014 Dodge Charger R/T almost 2 years ago from Brad. I have been taking my car back there for all of the service even though it i I bought a brand new 2014 Dodge Charger R/T almost 2 years ago from Brad. I have been taking my car back there for all of the service even though it is 3 hours away. I was promised by Brad that I would get my first 2 sets of tires for free through their tires for life program. It sounded to good to be true so I made sure to ask more questions. I asked if this would cover the same tire on the car at purchase and I was told yes. Turns out it was to good to be true and I was lied to. I went to the dealership to get my new tires and was informed that I would only get a $600 dollar credit towards new tires. Anybody that knows this car can tell you that tires run around $1000. After speaking with several people I was forced to pay the difference. Be careful of what the sales people tell you. All they want is your money and will tell any lie to get it. On top of that they scratched one of my rims while putting the new tires on. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the service manager was honest about the scratch and is going to fix it. More
