Great experience! I had an easy and pleasant experience for a change buying a veheicle. Busy Schedule and People that Listen! We drove from Myrtle Beach, SC to the Dealership in Gastonia due to pricing online. I had made a list of at least 25 Wranglers to take a look at over We drove from Myrtle Beach, SC to the Dealership in Gastonia due to pricing online. I had made a list of at least 25 Wranglers to take a look at over the weekend. I called to verify the Jeep we wanted to look at was there and spoke with the receptionist due to everyone being in sales meetings. Mind you this was at 8:00AM. I asked the receptionist who was the most experienced salesperson there? (Seeing I wanted to have the time to look at other dealerships if this particular deal did not work out) She had mentioned Danny Craig. Once we arrived, I asked for Danny and gave him our situation. I pointed out that I had done my homework and was ready to make a deal happen. He took our vehicle immediately to the Manager to get an appraisal while he took the time to bring the Rubicon up to the front door for us to look at. I had seen the information prior about the Rubicon online, but seeing that it had just arrived on the carrier, there were no pictures. It met our standards. I told Danny what we wanted for our trade and how much we were willing to pay for the Rubicon. He took the information to the front desk and came back promptly with the counteroffer. This happened a total of two times. At that time the Sales Manager Brad came to our area and shook our hand. Deal was done! We were preapproved with our financing which lead to us just having to sign paperwork with the Finance Manger Brian. He offered to try and beat the finance rate, but it was not necessary so all we had to do was sign the papers. It felt good to have people at a Dealership listen to what the customer wanted and not waste time by getting information that is not necessary unless the purchase happens. Maybe other Dealerships should take this into consideration. MAKE THE DEAL HAPPEN FIRST and don't waste time beating around the bush! Thank you for the experience. It is appreciated. More
