OUTSTANDING I have such a long story, but will try to keep it brief. I bought a 2015 Mercedes and after two months I HATED it and the Mercedes dealership was not the friendliest. I had a Lexus before I bought the Mercedes and desperately wanted to be back in one however, I figured I was out of luck. After writing a letter to Mr. Tucker he quickly responded and even though he knew I was stuck as far as down payment and monthly payment he was willing to see what he could do to get me back into a Lexus. Chuck Johnson and Brad Smith were both professional and got me back into a Lexus even though it wasn't much of a deal on their side. I'm so appreciative and will always recommend Wilde Lexus to anyone that asks. Outstanding dealership with a fabulous service dept. SO HAPPY WITH MY NEW LEXUS! More
