They were excellent about being "honest" about diagnosing repairs outside of the spectrum of my visit but were very punctual about the appointment arrival time and got my recall repairs done (catalytic conve repairs outside of the spectrum of my visit but were very punctual about the appointment arrival time and got my recall repairs done (catalytic converter replacement) in just a single afternoon. Unfortunately they never let me know when my vehicle was ready to pick up, they over-filled my oil and I had to dismantle, unhook and replace the TIMP module to keep my Jeep from throwing codes everytime I hit a small bump or curb. Futhermore, the thumbscrews to my air box were missing and and replaced with the push pins that are meant to hold trim pieces and they took both my Bosch 02 sensors that I just recently bought from Advance Auto but at least they put MOPAR sensors in it's place. They are a dealership and they are sale people. If I wasn't mechanical inclined myself, They have some strong sell points. More
