My entire automotive career has been spent at Crown over the past 20 years. Graduate of Brother Martin High School and the University of New Orleans. My main source of business comes from repeat customers and referrals. I pride myself on taking care of my customers before, during and after the sale and making sure their purchase experience exceeds their expectations. With the transition from sales consultant to new car sales manager, my focus is still taking care of my customers throughout the entire sales process. Purchasing my lease Bradley was great to work with. He took care of as much as possible before I even got there so all I had to do was meet with the finance manager to si Bradley was great to work with. He took care of as much as possible before I even got there so all I had to do was meet with the finance manager to sign the paperwork. He also took care of the insurance and I already have my updated insurance cards. Couldn't be happier! More

check engine light on I would have given you 5 star rating but when i called to bring my car in I was told to be there for 8:30 and I was. I left the dealership for awhile I would have given you 5 star rating but when i called to bring my car in I was told to be there for 8:30 and I was. I left the dealership for awhile when i called 2 hours later the car had not even been looked at. At other dealerships when i was told a time to bring my car in that was an appointment. I made it clear that I had traveled 2 hours to get there and needed my car fixed or I needed to know if I had to leave it. As soon as I explained this again which I had already told the person that i dropped it off to in the morning that and I had said it to the person when I made the appointment, once the communication issue was resolved my car was fixed within an hour. More
