I don't like the fact that certain jobs cannot be done on a Saturday. Twice I got there and was told this. I wasted my gas going to the dealership. What about people who work from mon. to Fri.? Communication was nonexistent I would not recommend this dealership. Once I can get my car fixed and can afford a new vehicle I won’t be looking back! I feel like I was treated poorly because my car was ser dealership. Once I can get my car fixed and can afford a new vehicle I won’t be looking back! I feel like I was treated poorly because my car was serviced under warranty’ I asked for under things to be looked at. Also for the service rep to get back to me and I would pay for repairs and get my nys inspection! I never received an update from anyone! I called numerous times to be told they were too busy. Then the computer was down and they couldn’t print out my order, or find it for that matter! If this was the last dealership on the planet I would walk to another! More

Wait time very long. Took my car back to do an update they didnt/forgot to do when they had the car for 3 months. Service has really gone down hill the last 3 years. Always charging 3x more for parts labor per hour is outrageous. More
